This is the second thing I have been meaning to post from the Hong Kong work trip towards the end of last year. I was struck buy the high density living that towered around our hotel. There was something unnerving about the buildings which I haven't experienced in other cities engulfed with high rising structures. It was the combination of the clinical design, sheer height and concentration of tower blocks in Tung Chung on Lantau island, once a rural village and now currently one of the latest generation of new towns. These shots were taken from the hotel room, street and cable car.
